FARCOM PROFESSIONALโ€™s Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Handling time for most orders are two business days.

  • For shipping and delivery, we use a courier service. The fee inclusive of handling and postage.

  • Once your package has been picked up, you will receive a notification advising that your delivery is on itโ€™s way and should arrive within two to five business days (depending on your location).

 

  • Please ensure you provide a correct address, failure to do so will incur a return and resend fee.

  • Please note, if a parcel delivery attempt fails and your consignment is sent back to the warehouse, the receiver is liable for all forwarding costs.

 

  • For any product that is out of stock, weโ€™ll contact you directly and take the necessary actions; we can hold your order until we have that product back in stock, swap with alternate product of the same value or receive a refund, whatever you choose; weโ€™ll process accordingly.

  • Delivery time mentioned in checkout might be affected by various unforeseen conditions therefore customers are advised to contact the couriers directly if there are any delays on orders.
